SHORT STAY BOOKINGS
- We don’t accept bookings of less than three nights
- Three night bookings are usually 30% off the weekly price
- Four night books are usually 25% off the weekly price
- Six night bookings are usually 10% off the weekly price
- W/E Bank holidays may have a 4 night minimum stay
- For extra days added to the booking, please request rates.
- We don’t usually offer short breaks in the school holiday periods, but will consider enquiries if within three weeks of arrival.
- NB Check in is at 4pm on day of arrival. Check out is at 11am.

*Please note, this is a booking request form. We will get back to you to confirm your booking and request a deposit, if confirmed. Please check your spam folder, in case our response lands there! Thank you! A 30% deposit per rental period will be required when the booking is confirmed. The remaining balance will be required six weeks prior to let date (unless a late booking). If final payment of any outstanding amounts to be paid is not completed within 6 weeks of the check-in date, your booking will be automatically cancelled and any booking fees will be forfeited. If a booking is made within six weeks of the check-in date, 100% of the payment will be taken upfront to secure the booking. Cancellations made within 13 days of arrival, will not receive a refund of monies paid (including deposit). Cancellations between 14 and 27 days in advance will receive a 25% refund. Cancellations between 28-55 days will receive a 40% refund. Cancellations made six weeks or more in advance will have the deposit refunded.
